We understand that life can sometimes disrupt our plans, customers will receive a full refund if the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours from the reservation time, be sure to either call or email us. The Kayak Shak is open 7 days a week, weather permitting, so you can hold your reservation and reschedule. If the weather decides it wants to rain on our parade and the Shak is closed, customers are offered a full refund or a chance to reschedule.
